Fibre composition labelling
Textile products covered by EU rules require fibre-composition details using the prescribed fibre names. We can record the composition confirmed for an approved fabric and coordinate label content against your artwork, languages and destination-market requirements.

Product specifications
We work from a written product specification covering relevant details such as fibre content, construction, finished weight, dimensions, colour, finish, tolerances, branding and packing. Your approved specification provides a shared reference for production and inspection.
Testing
If required, we can coordinate testing with third-party laboratories for matters such as fibre composition, colour fastness, dimensional change or restricted substances. The test scope should reflect the product, destination rules and your own restricted-substances requirements.

Production traceability
Order records can identify the facilities and stages involved, such as spinning, weaving or knitting, dyeing and finishing, and textile product assembly. The available detail depends on the product and participating suppliers.
Country of origin
Goods are declared with their actual country of origin. A certificate of origin can be arranged where required. Any preferential tariff claim depends on the applicable origin rules being met; confirm eligibility with your customs adviser.

Quality records
Where prepared for an order, we share inspection findings, approved sample references and commissioned test reports to support your review.
Export paperwork
Shipping documents can include a commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin where required, alongside documents requested by your freight forwarder.
Buyer requirements
We pass relevant buyer instructions to production partners, including specifications, packaging and labelling guidance, restricted-substances requirements and applicable codes of conduct.
