How we work
You define the textile brief.
We coordinate the supply chain.
A clear eight-step process for sourcing and exporting textiles, with approvals at each stage so you can track decisions, responsibilities and progress.
- 01
Buyer inquiry
Share the products you need, your intended use, quantities, destination and target delivery window. A specification sheet, sample or reference image can help define the brief.
- Product types and quantities
- Destination and delivery window
- Specification sheet or reference
- 02
Product specification
We organise the brief into a specification for suppliers, covering fibre content, construction, dimensions, weight, colour, finishing and packing requirements.
- Fibre content and construction
- Dimensions, weight and colour
- Finishing, labelling and packing details
- 03
Sourcing & costing
We identify suitable manufacturers from our vetted sourcing network and prepare a proposal based on your requirements. Pricing is quoted FOB Karachi unless agreed otherwise.
- Supplier match by product capability
- Costing against the stated specification
- MOQ and lead-time confirmation
- 04
Sample development
Where sampling is required, we coordinate development and check the sample against the agreed brief before dispatch. The buyer pays the sample cost and courier; these costs are credited against the first order.
- Construction and colour samples
- Dimensions and finishing review
- Buyer-paid sample and courier costs credited against the first order
- 05
Buyer approval
You confirm the sample, specification and pre-production details in writing. Bulk production starts only after the required approvals are in place.
- Written sample approval
- Approved colour and construction standards
- Pre-production sample if required
- 06
Production management
We coordinate production against the agreed schedule, tracking materials, manufacturing and finishing, and sharing updates when milestones are reached.
- Material availability tracking
- Production and finishing milestones
- Updates on schedule changes
- 07
Quality control
Checks are carried out against the agreed specification, with findings documented and shared. Inspection scope is confirmed for each order.
- In-process checks
- Final inspection against agreed criteria
- Packing and carton checks
- 08
Export & delivery
We coordinate export packing, required shipping documents and handover to the nominated forwarder. Export arrangements and delivery details are confirmed for each order.
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Certificate of origin where required
- Forwarder coordination
Commercial terms
Payment terms, MOQ and lead time.
Payment terms are agreed according to the buyer, order structure, production requirements and commercial arrangements. We confirm the proposed terms before an order is placed.
MOQ depends on the product, construction, colour and level of customisation. Lead time depends on the specification, material availability, order quantity and supplier capacity. We confirm both in writing in the proposal.
We do not hold finished-goods inventory. Orders are sourced or produced to the buyer’s agreed textile specification.
What happens after you submit
- We acknowledge your request and review the product brief.
- We clarify any open questions about use, specification or destination.
- We share a sourcing and FOB Karachi costing proposal, with sampling options where relevant.
- After your approval, we coordinate the next development or order steps.
