1. Who is responsible

NOVRIN TEXTILES is based in Pakistan and handles business enquiries about textile sourcing and export. For personal data collected through this website, we follow the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

2. What we collect

  • Quote, sample and contact forms: your name, company, role, business email, telephone number, country, website, textile category, product specifications and any files you choose to send.
  • Enquiry source information: the first page you viewed, the referring site and campaign (UTM) details, which help us understand how business enquiries reach us.
  • Website security information: a one-way hashed version of your IP address, used to help detect spam and misuse of forms.
  • Analytics (only with your consent): aggregated website-use information collected through Google Analytics 4.

Please do not send sensitive personal data in a message or attachment; we do not need it to assess a textile sourcing enquiry.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

  • Handling your enquiry and preparing a product quotation or sample plan — steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Business updates — sent only if you select the optional consent box (Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Website measurement — carried out only after you give cookie consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Website protection — processing needed to prevent fraud and misuse, based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Who receives your data

Information may be handled by our website host and email provider (Hostinger), and by Google for analytics if you consent. For a particular sourcing project, we may share relevant product specifications with a manufacturing partner only with your agreement. We do not sell personal data or pass your contact details to a factory without your agreement.

5. International transfers

NOVRIN TEXTILES processes enquiry information in Pakistan, and it is stored using our hosting provider. Pakistan does not have an EU adequacy decision. Where information is transferred to Pakistan to respond to your enquiry or take steps you request (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b)), we use appropriate security measures. The website and enquiry data are hosted by Hostinger, which applies its own contractual safeguards to international data transfers.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and attachments: up to 24 months from our last contact. If an order or other business relationship follows, relevant commercial records are retained for the period required by law.
  • Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
  • Rate-limit records: up to one hour.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time. See Data Protection & Your Rights. You may also raise a complaint with the data protection authority in your EU country of residence.

8. Security

The site uses HTTPS for data in transit. Enquiry records are held in an access-controlled database, and uploaded files are stored outside the public website using randomised file names.
